Disappointed Customer Service I was very disappointed with the service I received last week. I had an appointment for Thursday at 7:30 for 2 recalls. Since I was dropping the car I was very disappointed with the service I received last week. I had an appointment for Thursday at 7:30 for 2 recalls. Since I was dropping the car off, I took it in on Wednesday and left it. Wednesday afternoon I received a call stating that they got my car in and my recalls were complete. The 12 points inspections indicated I needed brake pads. At first I did say not to do the brake pads., however, Thursday morning (remember I had an appointment) I called and said go ahead and do the brakes. On Friday afternoon at 3:30 pm I arrived to pick up my car and was I was told the brakes were not done. No apologizes, no explanation. I was advised that I wait in the waiting room while the papers were prepared. I was not impressed at all on how this was handled and the customer service I received. More
