Layne always takes good care of my wife and RDX when Inspection time comes due. The Dealership, as with the automobile market in general, needs the loyalty of existing customers + the development of n Inspection time comes due. Acura provides the top shelf product, Spitzer must provide the same level of service. There are many top shelf products out there so the level of service is critical to maintain customers. Having spent 15 years as a retail salesperson for Ford I know that without repeats and referrals, ones income suffers. You visit the showroom once, the service department many times to keep your vehicle up to snuff. Without service support, sales will eventually stop. ccw More

Car was in for the same issue three times. I can understand maybe two visits but three was a big time/money suck.
