This is the second time I have been in for service on my vehicle and considered buying a new one only to be completely ignored by the salespeople. Today I even voiced my concern to the General Manager with whom wouldn’t even give me his name and when I told him of my disappointment, and I would be going elsewhere from here on out, he said it will probably happen there as well. As I bid him farewell, as it is only a number game to them, I told him I am glad that they lost my sale and are down that number on the 25th day of the month as it may be a sale that matters greatly.
