Terrible Service I purchased a new car at Spirit Ford and had a really good experience with Kyle in sales. I received regular emails regarding service on my vehicle and when I was really close to my first oil change, I clicked on the link in the email and scheduled service for the next week. When I arrived, I was turned away!! They did not have my appointment because their online scheduling doesn’t work (how would a customet know this?) I left and when I told my spouse what had happened, he called the manager and we were told we could come back.. More
Found and fixed my truck issue quickly. Took my 2018 F-150 in for service for a bearing noise issue in the front end. Customer non grata Scheduled air bag replacement due to recall. Arrived on time per dealership instruction. Told no part available. Asked why I wasn't notified before ha Scheduled air bag replacement due to recall. Arrived on time per dealership instruction. Told no part available. Asked why I wasn't notified before hand. No response given. Asked for a loaner due to Ford issuing a do not drive order. Told no loaner car available. When asked for an explanation was told, "We don't work for Ford". Came home and called Ford Customer Service. Their follow up with the dealer's service manager revealed they had 5 parts on hand but they were being reserved for other customers. They also informed Ford Customer Service that they (customer service) do not work for Ford. Customer Service not believing what they heard escalated the complaint to Ford upper management. Lesson learned~If you want a new Ford it's in your best interest to find a dealer that works for, or at least with Ford Motor Company. More
