I was not treated with respect when I went to pay my bill. I have leased Fords for many years, and I have never had to pay for an oil change. Although I leased my Ford in a different community, I specifically asked about oil changes. The leasing agent assured me that I could take my car to any Ford dealership and have the oil changed for free. The Spirit Ford service agent kept asking me what made me think I could get an oil change for free. I didn't mean to be contrary, but I kept telling him that I have never paid for an oil change at Ford. At Spirit, I was charged over $80. Additionally, when I checked in at the service desk, I specifically asked to have my car parked near the service area when it was finished because I am disabled. After the service was completed, I paid the bill and the service person directed to the opposite end of the parking area. I could see that my car was not there, and it was parked at the opposite end from where I was directed. It was also parked at the farthest parking spot from the service area. I know the service workers deal with many people, but if others were treated like I was, I doubt if they will be back. More

Bought my Edge from Spirit and have had all maintenance done there. Unfortunately, they have damaged one of my wheels during a tire rotation. They did swap it out with another and gave me a free oil change done there. Unfortunately, they have damaged one of my wheels during a tire rotation. They did swap it out with another and gave me a free oil change for my inconvenience. However, all five times I’ve had the oil changed and tires rotated the air pressure had not been correct. The paperwork indicates the psi was set to factory specs but the psi is either 5-6 lbs over or 2-3 under even though the factory specs are on the driver side door. Not tough too find. I have discussed this with the general manager but this obviously isn’t a priority so I’ll have to take my business elsewhere. More
