8/29/24 - Another 5 stars if I could give the service center 10. We were in a pinch and the service centers near our house were backed up for a few weeks. Spirit Ford was able to fit us and solve our issue. Sam Witte is a rock star! I would highly recommend their service department. The transmission gave out on my truck on the freeway near Dundee about 30 miles from our home. Sam Witte was our service rep and he was incredibly responsive, helpful and empathetic during this challenging and frustrating time. They completed the work before we expected and Sam worked with Ford Customer Service to help offset my out of pocket cost. Thank you Spirit Ford and Sam! More

Brought in my 2022 Expedition Max to be serviced. When I picked up my expedition there was large noticeable scratch on the back left bumper (a couple of them). I brought this up to them & when I came to pick my vehicle back up they told me due to it being a lease it wasn’t noticeable and something I wouldn’t be charged for. Although I did not bring my vehicle there in that condition, they said they did their best to fix it and buffed it out the best they could. Regardless I dropped my vehicle off to them to be serviced without any damage and picked it up with the scratch on the bumper to be told it was fine because it “wasn’t noticeable”. My husband and I are very faithful to ford, we will not being purchasing a car from this dealership nor will I be getting my vehicles serviced here again. This is an 85k car and I do not feel as if they would think this was acceptable if this was their vehicle. More

I made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and routine inspection. My appointment was at 8am. I took a five minute walk to a fast food breakfast and as soon as I returned my vehicle was being and routine inspection. My appointment was at 8am. I also had a reflector that needed replacing that I scheduled immediately after the pol change. I drove a mile to the Spirit Ford collision shop and they had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Rob was great and Candice is always super nice. Both jobs done in less than 90 minutes. More

Where do I start? !?! First we did not receive the five wheel rotation we requested. Unfortunately that was the small issue for our visit. My wife took our Bronco the d !?! She spent 4 day and logged about 400 miles only to return to find oil dripping. After investigating it was clear that the technician did not completely install the oil dipstick. The oil was 1 1/2 quarts low, but it didn’t just leak out. It has covered and sprayed the entire engine compartment. So I need to add this Bronco only has 4000 miles on it! Needless to say the dealership is first on my list to call tomorrow morning. More

Service as far as worked performed was good, I had to call in to find out if my vehicle was ready. I felt a little bit like I got the run around when discussing my concerns of what I was bringing in th call in to find out if my vehicle was ready.
