Spirit ford's service department is the greatest service dept I have ever dealt with. They get you in as soon as they can. They are professional, courteous and do good work. The Service Department performed beyond expectations I had an appointment the next day for an intermittent issue the vehicle had been having. Then as I was driving the car started making a horrible grind I had an appointment the next day for an intermittent issue the vehicle had been having. Then as I was driving the car started making a horrible grinding and streaking wheel noise. I called and they told me if I was afraid to drive it to have it brought in, which I did. The received the vehicle on a flatbed well after noon. At 4 PM they called to tell me it was all done and ready to pick up. I did not expect to hear from them until the next afternoon. When I picked the car up they mentioned that they had been very busy that afternoon, they fit my vehicle in and did two repairs on it when I had an appointment for the next day. While I was dealing with the intermittent issue, I had occasion to deal with all the service advisors, each of them was unfailingly professional, kind and even thoughtful. I am a longtime customer at Spirit, but they keep surprising me in the best possible ways. More
