No response given. Asked for a loaner due to Ford issuing a do not drive order. Told no loaner car available. When asked for an explanation was told, "We don't work for Ford". Came home and called Ford Customer Service. Their follow up with the dealer's service manager revealed they had 5 parts on hand but they were being reserved for other customers. They also informed Ford Customer Service that they (customer service) do not work for Ford. Customer Service not believing what they heard escalated the complaint to Ford upper management. Lesson learned~If you want a new Ford it's in your best interest to find a dealer that works for, or at least with Ford Motor Company. More
