Needed an oil change & they scheduled the appointment fast. They not only did the oil change they do a total check of the vehicle and the wash it once the job at hand is complete. You can drop the vehicle and leave or sit and wait. They do provide complimentary drinks, coffee/water for the wait. More

This was the first car I have purchased on my own, so I really shopped around from Jeep, to KIA to anyplace that sold compact SUV's. With her help I bought a new Escape from Spirit Ford. The maintenance department also worked with me. I got my dates mixed up as to when my oil change was due and Bob said he couldn't find my name but took my car for it's oil change and tire rotation. He called back in about an hour or less and my car was ready I was a week late my scheduled date was the week before. Excellent customer service by everyone. More
