8/29/24 - Another 5 stars if I could give the service center 10. We were in a pinch and the service centers near our house were backed up for a few weeks. Spirit Ford was able to fit us and solve our issue. Sam Witte is a rock star! I would highly recommend their service department. The transmission gave out on my truck on the freeway near Dundee about 30 miles from our home. Sam Witte was our service rep and he was incredibly responsive, helpful and empathetic during this challenging and frustrating time. They completed the work before we expected and Sam worked with Ford Customer Service to help offset my out of pocket cost. Thank you Spirit Ford and Sam! More

Purchased a used vehicle, vehicle was only washed outside. Found used masks under seats and between console and seat. Lots of pet hair on carpet, previous owner medical paperwork found under seat. Brought in my 2022 Expedition Max to be serviced. When I picked up my expedition there was large noticeable scratch on the back left bumper (a couple of them). I brought this up to them & when I came When I picked up my expedition there was large noticeable scratch on the back left bumper (a couple of them). I brought this up to them & when I came to pick my vehicle back up they told me due to it being a lease it wasn’t noticeable and something I wouldn’t be charged for. Although I did not bring my vehicle there in that condition, they said they did their best to fix it and buffed it out the best they could. Regardless I dropped my vehicle off to them to be serviced without any damage and picked it up with the scratch on the bumper to be told it was fine because it “wasn’t noticeable”. My husband and I are very faithful to ford, we will not being purchasing a car from this dealership nor will I be getting my vehicles serviced here again. This is an 85k car and I do not feel as if they would think this was acceptable if this was their vehicle. More
