Unresponsive, Dishonest and Incompetent Service Center Unresponsive and incompetent service center that made shoddy repairs using unauthorized, cheap, aftermarket parts and then bending the truth afterward Unresponsive and incompetent service center that made shoddy repairs using unauthorized, cheap, aftermarket parts and then bending the truth afterwards. Despite trying to work things out with them, the GM Mike, who labeled himself a “problem solver” has been totally unresponsive, despite numerous inquires, after almost 3-months. I now have no choice but to sue because at this point it’s not about the money but rather about my family’s safety and holding dealerships like this accountable. Watch yourself with these guys, they’re gas-lighters! More

It doesn't rank in experience !!! It's a mess This place is a junk !!! They don't have a showroom like normal operating dealerships, the building is so old it smells, they only have about six bays This place is a junk !!! And the list goes on and on !!! What a xxxxing mess !!! Stay far, far away from this Chrysler barnyard !!! More

Easy breezy purchase I would like to personally thank Sean Dudley for a great experience! My husband and I never felt stakled or uncomfortable! We went there on a very bus I would like to personally thank Sean Dudley for a great experience! My husband and I never felt stakled or uncomfortable! We went there on a very busy day . Everyone was so nice and friendly which made us feel welcomed ! Sean never left us for more than 5 min and was very accommodating when he was doing stuff for us ! We gave him some numbers to work with and he did whatever he needed to do to make it happen ! Spirit Dodge is a friendly atmosphere! All of the employees there worked like a team ! I am the kind of person that looks for that . We definitely would recommend Spirit Dodge to everyone! But I would recommend Sean Dudley who really started my new year off amazing! I love my new car !
