John was a good sales person to deal with because he was not pushy and made us feel comfortable in making the decision. George helped with the sale in that he imparted alot of knowledge about both the Jeep not pushy and made us feel comfortable in making the decision. George helped with the sale in that he imparted alot of knowledge about both the Jeep Wranglers and the Jeep Grand Cherokee. George was also very helpful in the end in negotiating the financing of the truck. The truck had a price of $25,998 on it and we bought it for $25,000 so in the end we weren't feeling that we got a great deal on the truck. However, George did advise us that they couldn't really move that much on the truck's price due to the costs of pre-certification. It may have been more helpful if we actually received a listing of what was actually replaced or fixed on the truck to bring it up to pre-cert standards so that we could justify what would have cost 1,500 to 2,000 of the price. They were helpful with a couple of little things like giving us a set of free rubber floor mats to protect the carpet mats. I also spoke with John the day after the sale as we noticed after we left that the gas tank was on empty when we were told this would be filled but he didn't think this would be problem to reimburse. In the end, they are a friendly team to deal with and overall it was a good experience and we would go back to this dealership again. More
