Bought a good looking used F150--which is an off brand for this dealership. Had emailed site a few times & found them more responsive than most dealers. Staff was very friendly, though 4 hours on site was too long (awaiting approval for financing--not dealer's fault?) Should have gone over the truck in greater detail (it was raining hard) -- I later found some significant rust inside the driver's door. Well, truck was "as is"--but I wouldn't have bought it if I had caught that (and I was previously assured through email that there was "no rust", which is why I drove out of state to look at the vehicle in the first place). Last week my friend purchased a used car from them and I was looking for a particular truck that showed up a week later. I test drove the truck and was extremely disappointed with it. Read over all contracts especially the loan agreement. There was a typo on the form that would have caused the contract to get returned. Overall I had a great experience there and Bob was extremely friendly to us and all the customers. More
