I have been dealing with this dealership and the family that owns it since 1998. Everytime I have purchased a vehicle, whether new or previously owned, the experience was always great. I just purchased a new 2012 Dodge Avenger last week. I was actually set to purchase a previously owned vehicle. Knowing where I wanted to keep my monthly payments, Mike Baus, the General Manager, and my salesperson, Mike Connelly, who was awesome throughout the entire process, were able to get me into this brand new Avenger for just $20.00 more per month than my payments were on the Chrysler Town & Country LXi, which I was trading in, along with 0% interest on the financing. Spirit kept my best interests first by getting me into a new vehicle for slightly more than I would have spent on a previously owned vehicle with 30,000 plus miles on it. That is why I keep coming back to Spirit. I was now also in a financial position that allowed me to look at the possibility of some extended warranty coverages on my new purchase. Larry Moccia did a great job in walking me through what was available and how it would benefit me. I picked up 3 additional warranty packages and was able to "roll" the price into my 0% interest financing package. Needless to say, I bring all of my vehicles into Spirit for service when required because they get it done right and have me back on the road by the end of the day. Keep up the great work Spirit. I found the exact car I was looking on AutoTrader.com listed as being available at Spirt Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I e-mailed for more info and Rod responded almost immediately on a Sunday (when the dealershi listed as being available at Spirt Chrysler Jeep Dodge. After he did a little footwork he found the car and had it at the dealership for me the following Monday when I could stop by to check it out. Rod was extremely helpful, personable, and totally understood what I was looking for. He never rushed or pressured me,ad I sincerely appeciated that. My one and only negative take away from the experience was with the financing officer. He was unwilling to budge an inch on trade-in value (which I still believe was a good 1500 to 2000 less than it should have been), insisted that their markup on extended warranties was only 30 points, and all-in-all made me fairly uncomfortable and almost had me walk away from the entire process. If it wasn't for the fact that it was a fairly hard to find model at a reasonable price, and that Rod had been so gracious and attentive up to that point, I probably would have walked away without making the purchase.
