Poor Experience at Spirit Chrysler This dealership management was not honest. Dan the sales rep was fine to work with, but the rest of the experience was quite poor. I bought a used 201 This dealership management was not honest. Dan the sales rep was fine to work with, but the rest of the experience was quite poor. I bought a used 2011 Grand Cherokee. The dealership owner brought up the fact that the vehicle was in a parking lot accident after my purchase papers were done of course. "Oh, we forgot to mention this little accident..." A police report was never filed so of course the CARFAX report didn't show it. They did at least let me know about it, but the biggest issue was the very poor quality of work with which the repair was done. Their repairs came undone within 3 days of my taking possession and it was immediately brought to their attention. In the end, I had to pay $233.07 out of my pocket (on a Certified Pre Owned, no less) in order to have half the finish work redone properly. Then a week or so later I received my Delaware tags and registration. I was charged for three years and received a tag for two years. Another $40. Naturally no one brought this one. I discovered it myself as I put on my own tag... I didn't expect to have such a forgettable experience. I believe this dealership owes me $273.07, but not only do I anticipate never seeing this restitution, I'll bet no one at this dealership will even acknowledge this situation. I suppose it's worth 273.07 to Spirit Chrysler to have have purchased a unhappy customer with a poor experience who will never bring business or refer it without restitution. This is a poor business model in my opinion. Just thought other consumers should know. More
Excellect Service at Spirit Dodge Bob Dybus' customer service was exceptional. After visiting a few other dealers, I gave up until I met Bob. His outstanding people skills made me and my daughter feel very comfortable about purchasing a used vehicle. His service was timely; we spent less than two hours and we never felt rushed. I went in with hopes of buying a brand new car, but never thought I would be able to afford the payments. They made it possible that I could get the car I wanted with the payments I needed and I even traded in my previous car to them. . Julyen, my sales person, was patient with me and took the time to really find out what kind of car best suited me and where I was comfortable with a payment. We looked at cars and test droves cars for hours. When I finally decided on the 2014 Dodge Avenger, the dealership let me take the car home for the night to make sure it was what I really wanted. This was the first car I have bought on my own and my parents were nervous about me purchasing a brand new car. Julyen talked to my Mom about the payments and the safety of the car and made her comfortable with the whole process as well. It made me fall in love with the car! I will be recommending Spirit to all of my friends who are looking for cars. I definitely recommend visiting Julyen at Spirit if you are looking for a new car! More

Oustanding Experience My son and I went to the dealership to look at buying his first car. He saw a 08 Elantra on Spirit's website that he wanted to test drive. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Dan Stephens. He tagged up the vehicle and we took a test drive. During the test drive Dan explained all the features of the vehicle and was very easy to talk to. Dan made the whole buying experience very smooth and easy! There was no pressure from Dan and this made the experience very enjoyable! After taking care of my son, I was able to get purchase a 2014 Chrysler 200! I wasn't expecting to buy a vehicle for myself, however, I drove away a very happy customer! The price for both vehicles was fair, and the process was effortless! If you are looking to purchase a quality vehicle at a fair price and be treated as part of the family, then go to Spirit! Thank you Dan for everything! I have purchased vehicles from this dealership in the past and have always found them to be fair and friendly toward me and my family members that I send here to purchase vehicles. They have a great attitude of treating a customer the way that customer would like to be treated. I also take my vehicles to Spirit for maintenance. The service department is great to work with. They tell you what is wrong with your vehicle (if anything) and they tell you to watch out for things that are getting close to needing repair, so you can determine when to fix something. They provide a FREE 16 point inspection of your vehicle every time you go in; even if it's just for an oil change. They care about your car and they care about you! More

As we were an hour away I called the dealership & they put the vehicle aside so no one else would look at it until we could get there. Julian was our sales guy and he was great!!! Never once did we feel any pressure or feel like he was giving us a sales pitch or have any sales gimmicks. Just an honest sales person doing his job and we stayed within our budget. Thanks to Julian we couldn't be happier with our new (used) car. More
