Great!! When I arrived for my appointment, I was notified it might take a couple of hours and they verified if I was okay with the wait. I appreciated their concern, but wasn't in a rush. While I was in the waiting area, several employees walked in..,..each and every one of them were friendly, and made me feel welcome!
