Kelly is the worst sales person ever. He promises things and doesn’t follow through. And then washes his hands of you once the deal is done. We paid over 23k in cash for a truck and he told us that he would make sure things were fixed properly and get us all taken care of before the truck was delivered to us. It needed a new windshield, tire pressure sensors weren’t working properly(Kelly tired to say it was probably because the tires are low), the truck was pulling to one side and it needed new tired. We agreed to pay for two new tires and they pay for the other two. The dealer would fix the windshield, make sure the sensors wasn’t causing the tps to go off and do an alignment. Well when he called to tell us that the truck was on its way to be delivered to us, he informed us that the alignment was done however the tire pressure sensor was still on and that we can fix it ourselves that there just wasn’t enough money in the deal for them to fix it. That the part was $45. I tried to tell him that is for the part not the labor to put it on and told him that he needed to have his driver turn around and go back to the dealership because he told us that he would take care of all that. He said he would call us back. He instead sent us a text message saying that the vehicle was on it way to our house. I told him that was bad business and he should have communicated with us on what was going on. He responded with we can get the tps fixed where we are at and that when we were in Lubbock (which is 2 hours away) that he will fill our vehicle up. Not a fix to the problem at all. So I called the services department to find out that the part is $67.44 and an alignment was never done. So then I called and spoke with the sales manager Jeremy and let him know of our issues and he stated that he would pay for the tps sensor and that if the truck needed an alignment he would pay for that as well. Come to find out the services department alignment machine isn’t working at all and when they do alignments they have to take the vehicle to another shop to be done. This should have been communicated to us. Well when the truck got to Midland Tx there were two tps sensors on and the check engine light was on. Jeremy had the car sent back and the air intake is tripping the check engine light and I was informed that it could be a fluke but if it doesn’t trip consistently then they won’t replace it. Jeremy assured us that everything was done the alignment and tps sensors. Well when we finally got our truck the tps sensor was on still. Jeremy said to take it to a shop of our choice and he would pay for it. We took it to Firestone and they wanted to charge $271 to change one sensor. When we mentioned the amount to Jeremy he had to ask his manager if he could pay that amount because they were expecting to pay $80 bucks. He did end up paying the $271 however all of this could have been avoided if the sales person Kelly did what he was suppose to do in the first place. I will add that the service department isn’t up to par either one of the tps sensors was completely disconnected, they put on there inspection report that they changed the wiper blades however Firestone said they needed replaced. The tech has no idea what the code number was that tripped the check engine light because they don’t document that information in less it comes back on. Never have I ever heard of a dealership service department not documenting anything down. Needless to say this has been the worst car buying experience we have ever dealt with and it all could have been handled properly by Kelly but instead he dropped the ball and someone else had to clean up his mess. Jeremy did his best to make it right but Kelly should have never put him in that situation and should have done his job and did what he said he was going to do. More

Very poor service and pricy. Replacing a 2014 T&C rear side door which should take approx. 1/2 hr ( you can see the video on the internet). They charged $405 for 2.5 hr. This dealership helped me out on a Saturday morning while visiting my daughter in Lubbock. They had the new key Programmes and the vehicle up and running within 15 minutes of my arrival! Other dealership I s visiting my daughter in Lubbock. They had the new key Programmes and the vehicle up and running within 15 minutes of my arrival! Other dealership I stopped in had me wait an hour, said they were looking for the key fob scanner, forgot about me, then told me the tool wasn’t working!! Waste of an hour at that other place! My daughter has spirit in her phone and has been instructed to go straight to them if they have any other issues! Great service, great attitude and very understanding! Awesome service. Jeremy and Irvin were both phenomenal with the help they have provided us. Irvin was extremely accommodating and friendly the entire time we were with him as we go through various selecti with the help they have provided us. This dealership tried to take advantage of my special needs cousin.
