I feel like Tiffany bent over backwards to help me decide what I wanted and needed in a car this time because I was sort of leaning towards a Subaru this time. She gave me the pros and cons of the three VW models and the two Subaru models I was considering and then we walked through my finance options. When all was said and done I decided to lease a 2019 VW Jetta R-series and I love it! RE: service - I've always been treated with respect when I've had to bring my car in for service and I very much appreciate the service staff's outgoing and friendly manners. Just recently my Jetta was swallowed up by a pothole that left me with a flat rear tire. I spoke with John Clark by phone, he told me when the tire would be in (had to be ordered) and set up an appointment right away for me to pick it up. I feel like I hardly sat down in the business center before my car was ready to go again. John was friendly and engaging and he seems genuinely happy at his job. That is always great to see. Trust me, you will be treated with much more respect at Falcone than you will at Tom Wood VW/Subaru (where I went first, ten years ago), especially if you are a solo older woman. I can say with confidence I am a Falcone customer for life. More

Check engine light becomes problem child. I took my 5 year old 65,000 forester in for a check engine light. Due to being busy and not having an appointment they were able to squeeze me in and I took my 5 year old 65,000 forester in for a check engine light. Due to being busy and not having an appointment they were able to squeeze me in and fix it. When I picked my vehicle up I head home only to have an issue, I immediately turned around and dropped it back off. I told them what happened they took a few days and went through it with a fine tooth comb. When I got it back they meet and exceeded every request I had. My vehicle has had all scheduled service performed by them and they will still be the only place I take my vehicle for service and repair. More

I called on Tuesday evening about an engine misfire in my Passat with 230,000+ miles on it...Steve said he would try to have someone take a look a I called on Tuesday evening about an engine misfire in my Passat with 230,000+ miles on it...Steve said he would try to have someone take a look at the issue on Wednesday. I dropped off the car on Wednesday morning...it turned out to be a fairly simple fix (new dipstick) and the car was ready to go by 3 PM on Wednesday. I really appreciate the quick service and the friendliness of the staff at Falcone. Thanks. More

A good alignment Had flat in Tennessee and had to replace all four tires to get home. I had the local tire store install four new tires and asked if they could do a 4- Had flat in Tennessee and had to replace all four tires to get home. I had the local tire store install four new tires and asked if they could do a 4-wheel alignment, they said yes. I had them do the work and they charged me for the alignment, but then told me they could not get the wheels aligned...that something must be worn. Drove home and then took the car to Falcone and they aligned the 4-wheels without a problem and said the car way fine. More
