Outstanding customer service. I hit something on the road. My front tire blew out & two sensor lights were on. I went into Falcone VW because it was the closest. Steve Halloran helped me out. They looked under the car, ran tests, and replaced the tire in only a half hour. At the end, I only had to pay $215 for a new tire. I was very pleased. More
Great Experince! I brought my 2012 Jettta in to the dealership because of tire and engine issues I was having. Steve H was there at the desk, and he was extremely helpful as usual. After the service was completed, I noticed that the engine issue seem to resurface. I let Steve know, and John came out to see what was going on. John made some recommendations, and asked that I call him and Steve the following day to update them. I really appreciate the team at this dealership. What I am describing this time around is the same experience and care I receive each time I visit. Thank You. More

We only used their mechanics for any car issue, which were few because it was such a great car. My husband and I never felt like we were emptying our pockets every time we had it serviced. He's honest and fair. Despite not owning a brand new car at the time Steve and Holly ALWAYS made sure that I had some mode of transportation while my car was being worked on, which is a huge deal for a young family with jobs and three small children. I would expect that treatment had I purchased a brand new car but Steve H. is a realistic man who understands that life does not stop when your vehicle does. He not only ensured great customer service but he took into consideration the safety of my children. I will continue to use Falcone as my service experts and highly recommend to those who are on the fence about where to purchase their next vehicle- new or used. Kudos! More
I bought my 2010 GTI from Falcone in 2012. I have put 115k miles on it and only service at Falcone! I just love Steve and Holli so much. Power Steering light Have a 2016 Forester with 24000 miles on it and the power steering light had come on three different times if you turn the car off and back on it woul Have a 2016 Forester with 24000 miles on it and the power steering light had come on three different times if you turn the car off and back on it would reset itself. I took in for service and they said it needed a new control module that they had to order. Before I could leave the light came on twice more with no power steering. They said that it wasn't safe and put me in a rental and two days later my SUV was ready. Time had expired on my warranty but since the SUV had only 24000 miles and the power steering error was rarity they covered all expenses under Goodwill Warranty. Key removal 2016 Forester the shift lever sometimes would not sense that it was in park causing the key not to be release. They repaired the problem with an updated shift plate guide assembly under goodwill. I was 5 months past the 3 year warranty and had only 23000 miles on the vehicle. Excellent service. More
First time using Falcone service Brought my 2017 Outback in for service. Bought it from individual so this was my first time having car serviced and first time using Falcone service. Brought my 2017 Outback in for service. Bought it from individual so this was my first time having car serviced and first time using Falcone service. Entered in wrong area to begin with. A gentleman moved my car for me and took me to the correct area. The guys who helped me at the service desk were very nice and accommodating. Serviced the car for 24,000 miles, did recall work and changed a sensor lever which was under warranty. All completed within a timely fashion! More

Ryan checked us in and explained probably we needed rear brakes cause they need to be change at around 58,000 miles we had 58,700. We left the car they and said we do need new rear brakes. They changed the brake pads,turned rotors. Within two and an half hours we had new and on our way. Always get great service from Falcone. Glad we bought the car here. More
