I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with Betsy Taylor, as she eased my mind about all the technology on my new Crosstrek. She even explained things I didn’t even know were hiding in the dash! Dealership was clean, just hard parking for customers and trying to find the place.I did not buy a car but would not go back after the experience with Emir. In the beginning, he seem kind but then when I told him I had his card and would come back if I changed my mind, his attitude changed. I reached out my hand for a handshake (trying to be professional) and mentioned it to him and he just ignored me. I felt utterly embarrassed and felt it was unprofessional. He wasn’t wearing a mask when I came in so I don’t think it was a COVID issue. In addition, he would have mentioned it. The awkwardness and degrading feeling was a horrible car experience and I just walked out afterward. Customer service was none of his concerns. More

I brought in my '19 Subaru WRX STI to get my routine oil change. It was my first time bringing my vehicle here. They did a great job and even car washed my vehicle.
