Steve Halloran, my main man, was his usual cordial, friendly, and helpful self.I always check in with him first even if I have to wait while he's with another customer. Nothing gets done until I first talk to Steve. He always has my best interests to heart as do all the other members of the Falcone family. He got me right in, diagnosed the problem very quickly, and even saved me about $150.00 in labor by suggesting preventive maintenance.He also loaned me a beautiful 2017 Subaru Outback fully loaded in order to carry on with the rest of my busy day. What a car or should I say SUV. It was such a joy to drive while waiting for my Beetle.Thanks Steve! At the end of the day when Steve was preparing my bill, I looked over to Shelby Isner's office and noticed a model VW Beetle in her office. It looked just like my yellow 2000 VW Beetle GLX.I strolled over to her office and politely asked her how much she would take for it since it was a duplicate of my car. I was willing to pay whatever she wanted. She would not accept my offer but instead graciously gave me the model. I couldn't believe it and kept insisting she take some money for it but she wouldn't have it. Instead I gave her a big hug. You may ask yourself what does this have to do with service. Well to me if you show that kind of generosity and kindness in such a small manner as this, it isindicative of the care and commitment that runs through the entire business.I look at the little things that maybe not too many people do in this hustling, bustling world of ours. These things can tell you so much about an establishment. What it tells me is that I can rest assured that each time I visit Falcone Service, they are looking out for me in all respects because they all care. That's very special in this day and age. We told the dealer about our problems and the service manager went above and beyond to replace the part with a better model at no charge to us. He even followed up with a phone call while he was waiting for an answer just to make sure we knew he was working on it for us. More
Great service! Matt Bartelson was so helpful! This was my first visit to Falcone with an issue with my tire losing air. He ran tests on all of my tires, suggested a Matt Bartelson was so helpful! He ran tests on all of my tires, suggested a tire rotation to allow the best tires to be in the front (my vehicle has front wheel drive) and got me out the door quickly. I didn't even have an appointment and he was so helpful and nice throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this dealership! More
Wanted this to be a good review. My Experience: I wanted so much for this to be a positive review. I came with my wife to the dealership to be sure we were all on the same team after My Experience: I wanted so much for this to be a positive review. I came with my wife to the dealership to be sure we were all on the same team after a few unfortunate comments were made about the extended "bumper to bumper" warranty we purchased when the car turned out to be NOT Certified Used (as advertised). I brought the car in for service to the A/C as it was not working. I also asked for the oil to be changed. Positive: The car was fixed under warranty, even though both the condenser and the compressor were bad - without having the additional "co-pay" charge. Also, the dealership brought the car to my wife, saving her the trouble of having to arrange a ride to get it while also dealing with morning sickness. As I said, I REALLY wanted to say good things... But... Despite having to remove the serpentine belt to replace the A/C parts, the dealership put the frayed and sketchy belt BACK ON! Now I have to arrange to have this replaced. ALSO, the oil change I requested was not done. IN FACT, the car was DOWN 2 QUARTS OF OIL! This, despite the fact the car is one of the many that is using too much oil, which I'm sure they know, and they appeared to have topped up all the other fluids. My wife, who is expecting, drives this car daily. She relies on it and pretty much insisted on a Subaru. She shopped for it specifically and we went to Falcone based on their reputation. So far, I don't think the reputation is an accurate one, or the quality has fallen WAY off since last surveyed. I do hope the folks there make this right. If they do, I will be glad to be as honest about their efforts as I'm being now. These are NOT SMALL THINGS. Someone made a choice to put a bad belt back on the car and to skip a requested oil change OR TO EVEN CHECK THE OIL in a car that has problems! I look forward to being contacted about how we make this right. ASAP. More

My appointment was early in the morning and they asked for additional issues and took the car on time for the service. The staff was very courteous and helpful and the business center let me keep up with work while waiting. It was also nice that Bert Nicklesberg, or sales person, came up and talked to me for a while. The service department looked into my issues and completed service in a timely way and washed the car before sending me on my way. Nice touch at the end. More

I recently purchased my 8th Subaru from an out of state dealership due to the unavailability of a manual transmission within trading distance of Falcone. Thank you John Franks, for finding exactly what I was looking for! Unfortunately my post sale experience was abysmal. It took the combined efforts of Meagan, Ryan, Bob Falcone, and an email to the GM of the North Carolina dealership to secure my missing equipment. I honestly believe that without Falcone's assistance I would still be receiving nothing but platitudes and empty promises. The people at Falcone have definitely set the bar for stellar customer service. They not only take care of the vehicles they sell, but more importantly they take care of their customers. So much so that when my new Forester was in today for replacement tires (long story) Ryan took care of a minor service bulletin before I was even aware of it. Not only does our family love our Subaru's (we have 3), we love the wonderful, caring, responsible people at Falcone Subaru! More

This opinion is based on comparing my experience at Falcone to that of a competing local VW dealer and that of a nationwide used car dealer. I won't provide details because I don't want to bind them to doing the same for future customers just in case this is not common practice for these two particular things. Just know that I have and will continue to go out of my way to patronize Falcone even when there is another more convenient and closer competitor. More
