They worked with me each step of the way and provided useful information in terms that I was able to understand. They were very helpful in scheduling and making sure I had transportation while my car was being serviced. I had a great experience with their service team and highly recommend them. More
The whole service dept is great! had the best experience of a lifetime at Falcone. I came in for an air bag replacement and expected just to be seated and wait. Two men sitting at the service counter, all smiles. Dylan Mannon assisted me. From start to finish he was very professional, kind and kept me updated on time and progress. He asked if I wanted my car washed after servicing and just couldn't turn that down. Almost didn't notice my car when done. Absolutely beautiful! Going to have it detailed soon. The care for my car, the care I felt has a customer, was just outstanding! The donuts and chips were a nice bonus but the feeling of being important is priceless. Thank you so much. More

They love my Golf R just like I do. I had to have my 2015 Golf R towed in after destroying a wheel & tire on a pothole between I-70 E and I-465 N. I initially spoke to Dylan on Sat 1/6 I had to have my 2015 Golf R towed in after destroying a wheel & tire on a pothole between I-70 E and I-465 N. I initially spoke to Dylan on Sat 1/6/18 to get instructions for the tow truck driver to drop the car off on Sun 1/7/18. I got a call on Monday from Steve who handled my car's actual visit. He outlined what was covered under the Wheel/Tire Warranty and the discount I would get on the purchase of the other 2 tires that I was in need of. He also remembered that on my previous visit we discussed the audible door locking tone didn't work every time and so needed a new horn. He also arranged to have the 40K Mile Service done while the car was awaiting its new tires / wheel. Steve was kind enough to send me the estimate via email where I asked that he list each repair / service and its cost. This was very helpful for me to discern warranty coverage, damage costs and the factory service costs. The only "negative" I could say was that my car had sat out in a ice storm the night before I picked it back up and was coated in ice on most of the car...was there no space to bring it in that morning to help thaw the ice? Again, not really a negative but still that was a lot of ice to chip away. The service staff has always been pleasant and helpful whenever I'm on the phone or in the shop. Thanks for helping keep my Golf R in tip-top shape. More
Great service as usual!!! I was at Falcone for service two days in a row.....first day was for my Outback. Just due for service and I requested a check on wiper blades. I don't know what Brady did, but I received new wiper blades all around compliments of Subaru. Thanks much for that!!! On day two of car service detail, I brought in my son's Forrester. Just due to service but recently had hitch installed and he was hearing a noise from the back. The guys checked things out and had to tighten something (at no charge) and all is good!! Great new Forester! Bought a Forester in June, pre-owned, but 2017 model. The dealer made sure it was in like new condition before we picked it up. Defective Clock Spring I purchased a 2012 VW Tiguan from Falcone on 11 May 2016. The 2012 Tiguan currently has two active recalls, one for bubbles in the fuel and one for a I purchased a 2012 VW Tiguan from Falcone on 11 May 2016. The 2012 Tiguan currently has two active recalls, one for bubbles in the fuel and one for a defective clock spring; both are safety related. I called Falcone to schedule an appointment to have the clock spring replaced as it makes the drivers air bag inoperable along with the horn. When the vehicle was taken in, they stated it was replaced on 27 March 2016 (it appears a defective clock spring lasted 4 years while a new, non-defective clock spring only lasts 18 months). They stated it wasn't defective and sent my wife back home. I called and spoke with Dillon who was very defensive. When I explained the symptoms, he stated my wife didn't explain the symptoms (she stated she did). He then apologized and rescheduled the appointment. I asked if it would cost anything and he stated it should be covered under warranty (remember, he knew when it was replaced and the current mileage since it was just in service). I asked if that included labor and he said yes, it should. My wife returned today and she overheard the conversation why they wouldn't cover the repair... Dillon stated he didn't make the comments above. They told my wife to call VW (isn't Falcone the VW agent?). I called back and asked him why he made the comments and repeated what he said... well, tried to repeat what he said because he kept talking over me... I then asked him to shut up so I could speak and made a comment about his customer service skills and then he hung up on me. I'm currently deployed with Joint Special Operations and have completed 8 combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan... I feel safer in Afghanistan than my wife and children feel in our VW Tiguan. Imagine driving around in a vehicle with no horn, no drivers air bag and purchasing a vehicle from a dealership that doesn't seemingly care about the safety of their clientele. The sales department and finance department at Falcone deserve 5 stars... the service department, specifically Dillon, deserves -5 stars... regretfully, in my opinion, Dillon has unilaterally degraded a once stellar review for Falcone to what should be 5 stars! More
Always timely, reliable, friendly service I got an alert to come in for routine service. I scheduled online for the exact time I needed. I brought in my email notice to pick a gift off of the Christmas tree, and I saved 50 bucks! Brady the service guy is always great and explains everything. However, the battery was still under warranty. They not only charged the battery they replaced it with a new one at no cost to me. I was very happy with that , and realized that they had probably gone above and beyond what was necessary to help me. Thank you very much. They were polite,helpful and supportive. I truly like this dealership More
