There are other Subaru dealers around Indianapolis, even closer to my home than Falcone. I choose to do business with Falcone because he stayed in Indianapolis, when the other dealers fled to other counties. Bob Falcone, is making a difference in our City, The taxes he pays on his property help fund the police, the library, roads, schools, etc. The other guys are grateful to be near Indianapolis to get the business, but they don't help Indianapolis. If the City dies, so will the suburbs. As a former mayor said, "You can't be a suburb of nothing." So, I support those who make our City better. More

Amazing customer service I have had my car serviced here since I bought it 2 years ago. At my most recent service appointment, I hadn't realized how long the service was goin I have had my car serviced here since I bought it 2 years ago. At my most recent service appointment, I hadn't realized how long the service was going to take and had to get to a court hearing for a client. I asked my service manager to skip the car wash (which is included free) because I was going to be short on time. He went back himself to help with the service so that not only did I make it to court on time, but still got my car washed. Going above and beyond like that makes this a great place to have your car serviced! More

Falcone Service Experience Our 2005 Saab had to have a major (expensive) electronic part replaced. Worked with Dylan to figure out the best approach from an expense standpoint. He was professional, logical, and we decided that the car, despite having 170,00 miles on it, was still worth the expense to get this part replaced. I just recently moved to Indianapolis from Cincinnati, OH and owned a 2014 Subaru Forrester. In September I decided to look at the 2018 models and after shopping around chose Falcone Automotive. The Sales Representative I had was very accommodating and she worked to get me a very good trade in and bottom line price on my 2018. I assumed when I needed service I would receive the same great service and I did. I highly recommend their sales staff and their service staff. More

I waited for the work to be completed and expected a longer wait time but to my surprise it was finished sooner than anticipated. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I cannot be more pleased with the customer service I receive each time visiting the dealership. More
