Too start with, you couldn't ask for a better salesman than John Frank. Very pleasant to deal with. We were impressed with the hole dealership. From John, all the way to Mr. Falcone. It has changed our opinion about buying a new car. You can bet Falcone Subaru will be our place for new cars and service. I know this sounds like a commercial but it is the truth. I have always said that my TDI Jetta was the best car I had ever owned in so many ways. I had thought I would keep it forever even with the recent TDI news but browsing the Falcone used offerings I spotted a 2012 Tiguan SEL in remarkable condition! I wasn't sure what I would do but then I test drove it and it was all OVER! The TDI issue could have made it complicated but Alex and Chase made it so easy! Alex was so patient with my many email questions and Chase and Moe went the extra mile to make this transaction smooth and pleasant! I didn't think I would ever be in a car this nice! It HAD to be GREAT for me to give up my TDI Jetta and it is! I look forward to continuing to use Falcone for all my service needs on this Tiguan just as I did with my Jetta. More
Astounding Care and Service I was truly blown away by the experience that my wife and I had with all of Falcone Subaru. We purchased a used 2005 Subaru Outback and experienced a I was truly blown away by the experience that my wife and I had with all of Falcone Subaru. We purchased a used 2005 Subaru Outback and experienced a few problems that all the staff of the dealership were eager to fix for us. The air conditioning wasn't working consistently on our test drive, so the dealership gladly fixed that for us as well as a couple cosmetic issues with the car. We then took the car to our mechanic who cleared us for the purchase. However, shortly after purchasing the vehicle, the transmission went out. Falcone Subaru gladly replaced the transmission free of charge, even though we had it inspected by our own mechanic before purchase. They really take care of their customers at this dealership!!! Justin Poynter was our sales consultant and he did an amazing job meeting our needs from the moment we walked into the door. Mr. Falcone also did some of the inspection on the car himself and let us know how much he appreciated our business, assuring us that we would be well taken care of. He even said that if we weren't comfortable with the vehicle after the repairs, he would buy it back from us. They gave us a great rental car while we were waiting on the repairs, free of charge as well. They even offered to pay our towing cost after the transmission went out. We love our Subaru and are so glad we went to Falcone! More

Impressive and Caring Customer Service I recently saw the vehicle I had been wanting on Falcone's website. Made the phone call the next day and set up a time to go look at it. Wasn't expecting to walk into a no pressure situation, and have it my way! Was floored at the way they went above and beyond to allow me to get what I was wanting and complete a deal with absolutely no headaches. I walked away in a wow state of mind and very happy with my new vehicle. Also, very rare to see the owner on site and available to answer any questions or concerns. I doubt I go anywhere else to buy another vehicle. My sales person treated me like family and took real good care of me. More

He ran tests on all of my tires, suggested a tire rotation to allow the best tires to be in the front (my vehicle has front wheel drive) and got me out the door quickly. I didn't even have an appointment and he was so helpful and nice throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this dealership! More
Wanted this to be a good review. My Experience: I wanted so much for this to be a positive review. I came with my wife to the dealership to be sure we were all on the same team after My Experience: I wanted so much for this to be a positive review. I came with my wife to the dealership to be sure we were all on the same team after a few unfortunate comments were made about the extended "bumper to bumper" warranty we purchased when the car turned out to be NOT Certified Used (as advertised). I brought the car in for service to the A/C as it was not working. I also asked for the oil to be changed. Positive: The car was fixed under warranty, even though both the condenser and the compressor were bad - without having the additional "co-pay" charge. Also, the dealership brought the car to my wife, saving her the trouble of having to arrange a ride to get it while also dealing with morning sickness. As I said, I REALLY wanted to say good things... But... Despite having to remove the serpentine belt to replace the A/C parts, the dealership put the frayed and sketchy belt BACK ON! Now I have to arrange to have this replaced. ALSO, the oil change I requested was not done. IN FACT, the car was DOWN 2 QUARTS OF OIL! This, despite the fact the car is one of the many that is using too much oil, which I'm sure they know, and they appeared to have topped up all the other fluids. My wife, who is expecting, drives this car daily. She relies on it and pretty much insisted on a Subaru. She shopped for it specifically and we went to Falcone based on their reputation. So far, I don't think the reputation is an accurate one, or the quality has fallen WAY off since last surveyed. I do hope the folks there make this right. If they do, I will be glad to be as honest about their efforts as I'm being now. These are NOT SMALL THINGS. Someone made a choice to put a bad belt back on the car and to skip a requested oil change OR TO EVEN CHECK THE OIL in a car that has problems! I look forward to being contacted about how we make this right. ASAP. More
