As new college grads, we were extremely mislead, assured we would be approved, and then due to poor management, it’s took the financial department days to tell us we were not. From the salesmen to the financial office, the advertised Subaru college grad program was not followed, and we ended up being "sold" a car, led on, and when calling for the vin number to buy insurance found out we were not approved. Extremely unprofessional, and to get any information we had to call multiple times in a row. We went to Subaru because my parents had bought there, and now we are both convinced to never buy there again and would advise others not to as well. More

They held the vehicle for me for two whole days until I could fly back to Indianapolis. Upon arriving, my new Subaru Crosstrek was waiting for me out front, all detailed and ready to go.
