Im second guessing the ratings for this business I assumed because most of the vehicles are high end, that this business also took care of their vehicles or sold them after making them better... I directly asked the salesperson I originally spoke to what issues this vehicle had before paying $300 to have it brought to Bountiful from St George and his response was "Nothing wrong with this vehicle" Then I asked the salesperson at the Bountiful location if I had issues, can I bring the car back... I was told "NO". This car had a lot of problems. Most of them minor problems, but I feel like I was mislead and purchased one of their junk cars. The convertible top has not came down once since I have owned it (purchased in Oct 2017) except for the time I took it back to the dealership and had them do it for me, since then, it will not come down. When I sent a text to the salesperson, he said he didnt believe me that it was the second time I tried it. ITS OCT IN UTAH.... I DONT KNOW IF YOU KNOW THIS BUT ITS NOT TOP DOWN WEATHER... (well, at this point it was November) The rear tie rod ends need to be replaced, the top has a huge rip on the inside, the cover over the speaker was taped on and the cover over the center console was just placed there, it is not attached. I don't care what all these reviews say about this business, Im not impressed. I would definitely recommend Dave Strong for a BMW, not these guys! More

Great shop I had a great buying experience with Chase. I bought two cars at the same time. I love the fact that they have their own service department, and I made it a point to meet Nikos at the time of purchase. The service department has been absolutely great, and have taken care of several minor issues for me, plus my regular service. This week, I took my Jag in because I was starting to hear some road noise coming out of the front end. I told Nikos that I thought it might be the first sign that the wheel bearings were wearing. He checked it out and told me it wasn't the wheel bearings (which he could have very easily replaced and charged me for), but it was the way my tires were wearing on the outside edge. I appreciate his honesty, and I trust these guys with my repairs. More

You can tell that they won't sell you a lemon that is falling apart. They take care of the car and replace anything that needs attending to ensure the car is in tip top shape and will be reliable for you.
