One star is too much. They offered us a coupon for an oil change for $29.95. Without notifying us and without our consent, they added several extra fees to more than double the cost of our bill. When we asked about these fees, they refused to remove them and demanded that we pay them. I am highly dissatisfied with their deceitfulness and poor customer service.
