Was working a deal on a particular vehicle, salesperson knowing we would be coming from out of state with a trade in, as we where in the process of getting things finalized at the bank (already pre-approve knowing we would be coming from out of state with a trade in, as we where in the process of getting things finalized at the bank (already pre-approved) we gave them proof of funds, salesperson stated someone came in 10 mins before He physically saw proof of funds and that said person was filling out a credit app, 1.5 hours later called back saying the person was purchasing the vehicle. I guess don’t try and purchase from here if your out of town. Because their gonna sell the vehicle out from under you. More

I have bought three Dodge Ram 1500 Longhorns loaded from this dealership and a 2021 Jeep Gladiator. I live about two and a half hours away, so it’s not a short drive. I had them put a spray in bed liner i this dealership and a 2021 Jeep Gladiator. I live about two and a half hours away, so it’s not a short drive. I had them put a spray in bed liner in the 2021 Jeep which is guaranteed for life. Of course a few weeks after the bed liner was installed it started bubbling up in three or four areas and those parts can be scraped off with your fingernail. I let them know about it and they tell me I have to drive it all the way back there and leave it for two days but won’t offer a loaner vehicle. They say insurance won’t cover it. So in other words I have to drive it up there have someone follow me then have someone drive me back two or three days later. Antonio, who is a manager there and was initially my sales person is the one I’ve been dealing with. I can guarantee you it will be the last guy by there. I can only imagine how much money they’ll lose, I trade cars every year for work. More
