He even went the extra mile to do some research for us to inquire about an aftermarket DVD insulation into this minivan. Even though we did not purchase a vehicle yet and we are continuing our search, I just wanted to give a kudos to this dealership and especially to Mike Koenig for his excellent customer service skills on a job-well-done. The warranty manager Matt was very nice with no pressure to buy. They were easy to work with and try to make us happy customers. On the way home after we purchased the car, we noticed a brake pulsation which was not apparent during the road test, we contacted manager Dasha who reimbursed us for the parts as we were able to repair it ourselves. The review could have turn out differently if it wasn't for Dasha. To me, the dealership's customer service rating hinges upon how well they stand behind their product AFTER the purchase. I would not hesitate to buy another car from them. More
Don't return calls !!!!! I don't like writing bad reviews, I'm not mad , very disappointed. I bought a new Dart from this dealership and had problems out of the car. The manger Wes Hall said he would make it right or I can trade it in.i test drove at jeep and loved it, but wasn't sure if I really wanted to trade and start over again, this was Saturday. After thinking about what I was going to do , I've been calling the manger for 2 days now and he still hasn't returned my call, I have left lots of voice mails to his phone , no returns, even called my sales man Antonio , no calls back. Called all day Monday, they said Wes was in meetings, don't believe the meetings was all day. Here it is Tuesday, been calling, still no return calls . I want my Dart fixed!!!! These two men didn't keep their word. As long as I was in the dealership everyone was friendly and nice, but when you leave don't expect anything. Your as good as your word, a manger should keep his word and return calls,if your that busy then you should be at a bigger dealership for the most top sales manger.. They said they would make it right, still haven't heard anything. More

The car is a safety hazard but management is unconcerned and not willing to help. They say "it's the nature of the trade". The car shut down on the interstate and we were almost hit. The car often won't start, transmission jumps and I could go on and on. Don't get me wrong, there is one person that truly cares and wants to help. Veronica in service is awesome and does everything she can to help. When me or my family are injured in a car accident it will be the fault of this dealership. I tried to get the GM to talk to me just to hear my concerns but he doesn't think enough of his customers to even return a call. I tried to work with them over and over again just to get a fair deal to get out of the car. I understand that there are just bad cars but it's how you handle it and the management here could use some work! I wonder if they would put their family in my car and take their chances! xxxx no they wouldn't but they will put mine in it. More

When I called them I was told 3 times they would call me back about trading it in and did not. Then I went in person after I finally got a hold of a manager, picked out a vehicle discussed number, said they would call me back again after I left. DID NOT CALL AGAIN. After texting the sales person several times he said I will get back with you in a few minutes, have not heard from him since, after he said again he would get with me. Liars and lazy. Worst dealership service I have ever been too...! I have had several dodge cars and trucks. When you go to this dealer ship you always have problems. I took my new jeep in for its first oil change. I got in on a Saturday and got in at 8:30 AM. I was asked if I had a appointment....??? I said I did not know you needed a appointment. She said you don't so I gave her the keys and watched everyone come in after me and get there car in as I waited. I was still there at 11:30 AM and had to ask what was going on..! She told me, my car was next and would be ready very soon. There were people in the waiting room waiting since 8:00 AM...I would NEVER go back to this place again. I had other cars and have had problems with service on every visit. They tell you anything when you are buying the car but it stops there. Go to Greer to get you next car. Used Card Disaster Recovery I purchased a used car from this company and it was a disaster. In the first month it was in for repaid no less than four times. Then there was a mana I purchased a used car from this company and it was a disaster. In the first month it was in for repaid no less than four times. Then there was a management change. I went in the last time because of a new problem with the car (problem #4). The new sales manager immediately worked with the sales rep, "D" Haerens, that sold me the used car and they came back with a deal on a new Chrysler that actually took into account the cost to me of the used car, all the fees and repair costs and the cost of the service fees that I incurred that day. They transformed a dissatisfied client into a satisfied one. New sales manager one h.... of a lot better than the previous one. Al Howard More
