Wow, Sparks Toyota Scion's response dated 11/14/11 is politely attempting to call me a liar regarding my review of their service department. Apparently I have 'left out important details and included some details that are exaggerated to the point of being incorrect'. They also state 'they have been in contact with me and will help as much as possible'. That is laughable, they have 'never' been in contact with me and banned me from their dealership. Toyota, the company, worked with me and I was asked to go to Wilmington Toyota because Sparks 'did not want me in there dealership'. Let's be honest Sparks. Sparks has also not responded to a BBB complaint I filed. My review is accurate and I have many, many receipts and documentation.
