Our finance associate, Torrance gave us plenty of options and a no BS approach to financing, even though he is a Cowboys fan. We did find that the brakes felt a little off during our test drive but were assured the issue will be addressed by their service department at no cost. I am happy that we found Spanos as they satisfied all our needs in what we look for in an auto dealer. From start to finish they were personable, professional, and a pleasure to work with in the short two hours it took to get us in our new crossover! More

We contacted Spanos via their website and received an instant email reply, and then received a phone call from Steve Knox. We discussed our requirements and he arranged for us to contact him when we arrived. We stopped at another dealer to look at a car, that ended up already being sold, and was an entirely different color from the advertisement. We then went to Spanos, and the car we looked at was exactly as advertised. Steve went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase, and even kept it stored a few days while we were on vacation since the motel wouldn't allow an extra parking space. They also did a great job detailing the car before we picked it up. We got an excellent deal, and also received timely followup after the sale in connection with our tag & title transfer to Georgia. We wouldn't hesitate to go to Spanos' website first for future purchases, and arrange to buy from them again as long as we could deal with Steve. Very honest and very friendly Charles definitely took care of us I would refer this company to anyone of my friends and family or anyone for that matter who needs a car. Prices were amazing. We recently purchased our first vehicle from the Spanos Motors group, a 2008 Infiniti QX56, that they found custom through their numerous auction contacts. We wanted a specific color combination, a specific mileage range and amount of service records and they delivered within 2 weeks! We had previously spent nearly 6 months trolling the auto websites ourselves with little/no success. They also found us very attractive financing terms that were BETTER than our own bank!
