Awesome dealership! They go above and beyond! First off the financing was done super quick and mostly done over the phone, we had to go in to sign and that was it! The entire staff. I was upset that the car i found on the website was just sold as i came out of jacksonville to go look at it 1 1/2 hour drive. Dean Shaw was my sales man and he made me feel welcomed and at home and showed me around other BMW's that i was interested in. I traded my car and ended up with the BMW that i love! My old finance company wasn't picking up the phone and Dean went on his way to call it repeatedly until 2 hours later they finally called and said they had phone issues. Going this far to stay on the line and giving me a great discount and getting a contract wrote up for me for a dent in the new car to get fix for me is great costumer service. Will recommend and shop here again! More

Once the car selection was made...it was easy... no "back and forth" negotiating like most dealerships... they price their cars to move... you give them a punch list of what you want...and they make it happen! They have an efficient team, sales, financing, bodyshop, detail, etc! They were very patient as we had quite a drive to make to get there. Once we arrived, pretty much everything was ready for us to go with paperwork which made it a speedy process. At one point, my insurance agent was being a bit difficult in sending over the Proof of Insurance so we could finish the deal and Steve, our sales agent, saved the day! Our long drive wasn't wasted! Overall a great experience and such a beautiful selection of cars. I have recommended Spanos Motors to all of my friends around here in the Fort Myers, FL area. More
