He was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicles and very keen on picking up what my needs and wants were. He was not pushy and did not try to just "sell" me a car. He went well above and beyond the standards to make sure I got what i wanted and was happy with it. From the moment I walked in the door, the rest of the staff was all very professional and very friendly. *Since my purchase, i did have a check engine light go on. Something you cannot foresee, but all it took was one call to Dean and they scheduled me to come in to the service dept to take care of it with no hassle. Overall, i would recommend this dealership and Dean Shaw to anyone out there looking for a luxury vehicle at a great price. More
