We got everything we wanted We were looking for a SUV for our family and couldn't find anything at the dealerships we had been to. That was until we got into contact with Zack De We were looking for a SUV for our family and couldn't find anything at the dealerships we had been to. That was until we got into contact with Zack Delzotti at Spanos. We gave him our list of wants, and to our surprise he contacted us back in a few days with good news. When we arrived at the dealership to check the vehicle, our expectations were surpassed. We were in the market for toyota SUV and what he found us a a mint Lexus gx470, low miles and still in our price range. From there we delt with our salesman Ralf Jimenez who made the purchase seem more like a friend helping you instead of a sales deal. We never felt any pressure, just all the info we needed to close the deal. From there in finance, we delt with Torrence Snow who we probably spent as much time joking around and enjoying the process about as much as you can signing for buying a car. looking back I hope others can have the same great experience we had. Thank you Spanos, you guys really improve car buying...we love our Lexus. More
O% Customer service skills! Buying a used car is a gamble so I already knew to buy the gap ins. & extended warranted (thank goodness cause the AC went out in less than 30 days). After looking at a list of the cars we researched before we got there, we ended up with a fully loaded 2010 Nissan. We waited for almost 2 hrs. to do the financing - this went smooth. However it took them almost 2 wks. to get the car “ready” and still it was not totally ready by the time I picked it up! Service department practices are questionable as well!! All the calls are screen by the front desk. You leave a message it goes into a black hole! Never once did I receive a call back from anyone I dealt with at the dealer. No response to emails either! I’m sure they are “really” busy because they have some great cars on the lot that almost sell themselves! However Customer service is a MUST! Unfortunately, the only time you’ll get it, is the first time you walk through the doors. Once you buy the car, they’ll write you off! More

We had driven down from Jacksonville and after deciding we wanted to buy with a trade and not have to return, John made it happen. It was early evening, but John got the paperwork together. We met with Torrance Snow to finalize all the paperwork. Torrance stayed late missing some of his wife's birthday party. I will definitely buy from them again. Thanks you John and Torrance, Paul More
Good Dealership Experience My wife and I stopped by to visit the dealership and to inquire concerning a BMW Z-4. We were cordially met by Ralph Jimenez who was very personable. After we had a brief discussion with the sales person, he took us out onto the lot and in the warehouse to look for our car. We ultimately found the BMW Z4 that we wanted. Worst buying experience I've ever had. It would take far too long to type out all of the details regarding my buying experience. The bottom line is that my wife and I were both ignored on s It would take far too long to type out all of the details regarding my buying experience. The bottom line is that my wife and I were both ignored on several occasions, I have never had to work so hard to get someone to take my money. We would call or text with a question and it would take hours or even days to get just one response. The only way to get Mr. Greer to respond at times was to try to deal with another sales person. Towards to the end of the final deal we made, we were told by Mr. Greer that we were basically wrong in all the things we have said and we were the reason that it took weeks to complete our deal as he took zero responsibility for ignoring us on several occasions. Friday August 14th I sent him a text message checking on parts I was promised for my purchased vehicle, (Of which I was not even told would be needed for the vehicle ahead of time). Three days later on August 17th, he had not responded, I sent him another text and he finally responded asking when would I like to schedule an appointment. I told him "Probably next Sunday. Are all the parts in?" Even to this very moment I have sent him four unanswered text messages dating back to Wednesday the 19th in regards to parts that I was promised, asking about the parts and asking if they could possibly be mailed to me AND I WILL PAY FOR THE SHIPPING, since it was obvious that he had completed his sale, he was done with us. It is now Tuesday August 25th and I have no response from him and I have cosmetic problems with my vehicle I am now going to have to pay for out of my own pocket even though I was promised and it was put it writing that I would receive them shortly. I planned on letting it all go with the mind set of what is done is done. But after being ignored regarding the parts, I could not let it go. This is not nearly half of my complaints regarding this person. I realize this is just one person and I am sure the dealership does not condone anything I just mentioned. However this one person is a direct reflection on the dealership I carefully chose to give my business to for the first and last time and it has been a terrible experience and I am extremely disappointed. What a Ride!! Spent a Saturday on the phone with Steve Knox. Steve was very knowledgeable on the BMW 335i convertible that we were looking for and took the time to answer all my questions. My wife and I decided to make the 2 1/2 hour trip down on Sunday to be the first in line when they opened. Steve Knox wasn't working but had referred us to Steve Radican. Steve was great to work with! Very easy going, no pressure experience. What a beautiful car! The photos online did not do it justice. Only reason for 4 stars out of 5 is the fact that on the test drive a check engine light came on and we were unable to feel what the car would really be like to drive. Of course this was concerning to us thinking about purchasing a car with "a problem". Steve (also a BMW owner) apologized and told us that the car had not yet been fully serviced by their service department since they had only had it 3 days. He explained what the indicator meant, assured us that it was minor and would be completely fixed prior to us taking delivery. Speaking of delivery, Steve arranged for free delivery of our vehicle to our home since we lived so far away. While waiting for the paperwork to get processed, Steve was going over the car functions with me and showed me some easy maintenance things I can do myself and other recommendations to keep down the costs and avoid pitfalls some BMW owners make. While looking in the showroom, I found another BMW 335i and pointed it out to Steve who promptly took me on a test drive I'll never forget!!! Man what a car!! Torrance Snow was great to work with in Finance. We financed through USAA and it was easy. Torrance took the time to go over everything with us and did not just "push us out the door". Overall a great experience buying the car and can't wait for the delivery of it to start having fun. A special shout out to Rose the receptionist who is so pleasant to talk to. A Georgia peach in a Florida town. :-) More
