Painless Bike Purchase - Spanos Cycles I've bought multiple bikes before (used and new) and this was by far the easiest and most enjoyable buying experience I've been through. I called them I've bought multiple bikes before (used and new) and this was by far the easiest and most enjoyable buying experience I've been through. I called them up looking for a bike and they mentioned a like new Triumph Daytona 675 they had just got in. I did my research on the bike and decided to make the trip down there. Like they mentioned, the bike was literally flawless. Real honest group of guys working here, not pushy like a lot of salesmen. I would recommend any of my friends or family to go through them. More
Don't do it. Buyer beware! They don't return your calls, emails or text. I find that extremely rude. How they stay in business is beyond me. They only thing I lost Buyer beware! We spoke with our sales person the next day and he overnighted the paperwork to us. A Few days later, we flew to Daytona to pick it up and Wow! what a bike...it was much better in person. They had everything ready for us, made sure we were comfortable with our purchase, and gave us some information on restaurants and scenic roads to try for our long ride back to Texas. They were very nice and personable and we had a very positive buying experience. More

I corresponded with Jason their truck sales mgr at that time that truck not ready for sale and said he would get back to me Aug 14 once vehicle out of their reconditioning dept (needed some repaint). That never happened. I called back end Aug as truck was now on their site. Spoke with Kelley who put me in touch with Calvin and I asked him to inquire about vehicle operating condition and any rust since it was a northern one. He said he would get back to me a few days later Aug 31. That never happened. I call in again on Sept 4 and speak to Steve who said he would do what Calvin never did. That never happened. A couple weeks later I get a call from Jason who said he didn't know I was interested and quotes me a price of $12650 plus $600 in dealer prep fee and I declined saying he had told me back in July he thought he could sell it to me for around $12000 and there isn't any way I am going to pay a $600 prep fee on a.used car from an independent dealership. I get a call from Rick their overall sales mgr on 9-15 and he asks me what I want and I advised him going through everything again that I am looking for what Jason advised of an off the lot price of $12500 ($12200 purchase price plus a more reasonable $300 dealer prep fee) as this was reasonable. What a surprise no response from Rick since 9-15 and its now 7 days later. I am amazed at how poorly a potential customer has been treated with delays and lies - you would think that they don't want new customers and forgot the Golden Rule. Very disappointed and still my wife and 6 children need a diesel Excursion. More

Worst customer service you could ever pay for It’s a shame that such a dishonest and unprofessional business like Spanos was able to stay in business for almost 20 years. I purchased a 2007 range rover about two months ago under the agreement that Spanos will take care of minor issues with the vehicle in a TIMELY manner (tires, paint touch ups, ordering owner’s manual…). Straight to the point, I still have not received my owner’s manual after I had to leave my car in the shop over 3 weeks since the initial purchase. After 3 weeks, they said everything was fixed, and then I almost got in an accident on the way back from the shop because of faulty service done by Spanos. I requested written itemized maintenance record, but they refuse to provide, although I am sure they are required to provide such documents. Moreover, employees at service department would constantly lie to the customers to keep them away from bringing up more issues. For example, Steve (Service Manager) emailed me about a month ago that the owner’s manual has been ordered, but I still haven’t received yet. Although his title says Service Manager, he has no competence in what he’s doing or accountability/honesty as well as authority. He had to get an approval from the general manager to put gas in a loaner car… This company must have some internal trust issues… They would not respond to your email unless you submit a negative review or bring up potential litigation. This company has no internal communication whatsoever, as every single person I talk to would come up with different excuses rather than actually fixing the issues. Please make a wise decision by saving some extra cash to hire an attorney, since you won’t be able to reasonably communicate with these people. More

They I recently bought a beautiful motorcycle from Spanos Cycles. Ryan and Mauro went out of their way to accommodate me. I was an out of state buyer. They took the time to answer all my questions and send additional pictures. They also assisted in shipping the bike to me. The bike arrived in prestine condition. The pictures on the website depicted exactly what I received, a clean low mileage motorcycle. I will be sure to spread the word. Thanks again guys! More
