She is charming, thorough and has none of that greasy car dealer vibe going on! She was genuinely caring and wanted to see me leave with the right vehicle for me. She was extremely patient and let me test drive any car that I was remotely interested in that day and I meant a FULL DAY in the Florida heat, we went through every CARFAX and looked in detail at every one of the cars within my budget. Libby was not pushy and wanted me to get what I felt most comfortable with. I ended up with X5 that I absolutely love. Thank you Libby for making my day and my first car purchase such delight. More

No hassle dealership with excellent staff. I made a two hour trip to Daytona to look at some bmw M models and a Mercedes that caught my eye. By the time I arrived the bmw was already locked aw I made a two hour trip to Daytona to look at some bmw M models and a Mercedes that caught my eye. By the time I arrived the bmw was already locked away, but a sales team member named Jennifer went out of her way to demo all the vehicles I was looking at. Jennifer was helpful and delightful to talk to as was other staff that I had the privilege to meet. I enjoyed my time waiting on a deal to close, by talking performance cars with some of the members. I would have written this sooner but I thoroughly enjoy the c63 amg I purchased and its hard to break away from. I would honestly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a car, they are very pleasant and far and away from the stereotypical high pressure dealer people imagine as common practice. I wish Jennifer luck with what I am sure will be many sales to come. More

We found one but that didn't work out then just as we were about to call it a lost cause, Libby showed me the car that I purchased - a 2007 Volvo C70. After agreeing to the purchase, I went through the loan process and completed everything. I could not be happier. By the way Libby's hair looked great! I will definitely refer anyone to Libby and Spanos Motors! More

Buyer Beware I can’t decide whether to tile this review “Amateur Hour” or “Litany of Errors” so I will just go with “Amateur Errors” I was helping my daughter bu I can’t decide whether to tile this review “Amateur Hour” or “Litany of Errors” so I will just go with “Amateur Errors” I was helping my daughter buy a car and we were looking at a Lexus ES300. I saw it online and it looked showroom condition, so I did my research and then decided to engage a Sales Rep. The first guy I spoke with was very nice and I explained that we were going to try and come down tomorrow. He mentioned that he would be off and recommended one of the female Sales Reps. The next day something came up and we were unable to visit the dealership and I spent the day playing phone tag with the lady as she was very busy with clients. She then referred me to another male Sales Rep since she had been unable to assist me and I thought that’s great she’s busy and trying to get me taken care of. At this point is when things began to go south. I made an offer to this man and he said he would get with manager and get back with me. After almost 16 hours I had to call back because I had not heard anything with regards to my offer. 16 hours and I can’t get a response to my offer, something is just not right. Eventually we were within a couple hundred dollars so I decide my daughter and I would visit the dealership, drive the car and check it out. I called the Rep back and told him that we were going to head down. He told me that he had to run to Sanford but would be back around 5 – 5:30pm. My daughter and I hit the road to Daytona, cash in hand. I knew we would get there earlier than 5 – 5:30pm so that would give us time to check the car out and be ready to make a deal when the Rep got back. When we got there no one seemed to know where the Rep was and when he was getting back, so I had to fill them in. Another Sales lady observed what was going on and offered to help is until Rep got back. Well, for 40 minutes they couldn’t find the car and the Rep had not put any notes in the computer so the lady had to confirm everything I had already spoke with Rep about!!! I called the Rep’s cell phone which he said I could do and left a message for him to call so he could shed some light on where the car was and the numbers we had discussed. To this day he has NEVER called me back. They finally found the car and brought it over. The car was dirty so our first impression was not very good. We got in to take test drive and my daughter turned car off and then went to restart and nothing happened!!! One of the service agents came over and jump started the car and we went for our test drive. I felt bad for the lady trying to help us because she was totally embarrassed about everything. We were very pleased how the car handled and the interior was in great shape. As we got back to the dealership my wife called about another Lexus in St. Augustine we could check out. After all we had been through my daughter and I were in no mood to wait and negotiate a deal and felt like we should check out this other car. It has been several weeks and we have heard from no one. The positive out of this situation is that my daughter learned a lot about things you should NOT do or say! p.s. If you are a Sales Rep trying to sell a luxury car, DON’T say “the car was in our dirt lot” More
