When we decided to move forward two days later, we were advised that the 2019 model on the lot we wanted was just sold the day before, but they were able to obtain a 2020 model for us at a similar price. You know the price of the auto upfront, with no running back and forth with the “manager” to give you a quote. The service and parts departments are staff with skilled, well trained individuals, many of whom have been there for many years. They listen to the customer and explain everything that they do in a clear and understanding way. As a single, mature woman, I very much appreciate everything about my car buying experience. More
