Unprofessional and unfriendly. I took the car here for an alignment after putting coilers on my Hawkeye WRX. After the alignment I found out both the front and rear camber is not I took the car here for an alignment after putting coilers on my Hawkeye WRX. After the alignment I found out both the front and rear camber is not corrected aligned. The rear passenger wheel looks like it has a 5 degree angle towards the outside. So I went back in and confronted them about this and they said it is probably my control arm (which I have replaced, alongside with tie rod ends, sway bar and end links), I said no I just replaced them couple weeks ago they said "well there's nothing we can do because this is the part that needs to be fixed." All they care about is my money they have no ethics. I got my OEM Control Arms (pair) for 150 and they said it will cost 1500 to replaced the fronts (!!!). Summary, Outrageously Exorbitant Price for Parts Repair that either is not necessary or they broke on purpose. More

Subarus were recommended to us as a very reliable choice by a friend of the family who also highly recommended Spangler Subaru in particular due to her long association with them for multiple car purchases over the years.So we began our research. Wanting to make the purchase in a relatively short time-frame, we shopped online first, checked ratings on the used cars that were available at the time. We made an appointment with a sales rep who greeted us warmly despite the fact that we were a few minutes late. He was very patient with our questions. the entire staff treated us very well, offering us something to drink and a comfortable place to talk privately as we made our decision.We received a great price on the car and a fair price for our trade-in as well. they took the initiative to contact our insurance agent with the new car information and spent alot of time introducing my son to all the bells and whistles inside the car. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and not stressful at all. I would definitely consider Spangler Subaru as my first choice for my next car. More
