Money is no object I was told that it would be "right around $2570 for the repairs." When I arrived a week later to pick up my car, I was told the total was $2999 and th I was told that it would be "right around $2570 for the repairs." When I arrived a week later to pick up my car, I was told the total was $2999 and that was after a $100 loyalty discount. I was never informed of the increase in cost until I arrived. I can understand an estimate not being perfect, but over a $400 increase without any notice is unacceptable. Prior to the price explosion, I had a great experience. If it wasn't for the sticker shock post repair, I would have given five stars. But I cannot fathom how an estimate can be that far off when there was no new items added to the fix list. More
