Battery My battery had died three times and had to be jumped each time. The dealership tested and found that it was still viable. They also inflated my tires. The waiting area is always sparkling clean, magazines neatly arrayed, floor is never wet, muddy or snowy unless I'm tracking in the mess.! There is fresh coffee and snacks on a clean counter. Clearly someone is making it nice for us waiting customers. I rarely get to wait long enough for a second cup of coffee, though. Efficient service always. More
