Battery My battery had died three times and had to be jumped each time. The dealership tested and found that it was still viable. They also inflated my tires. The waiting area is always sparkling clean, magazines neatly arrayed, floor is never wet, muddy or snowy unless I'm tracking in the mess.! There is fresh coffee and snacks on a clean counter.
