Very Disappointed Took my Subaru in for an inspection, oil change & tire rotation. Was called & told rear brakes & rotors needed replaced. Over $700 later....my teenage Took my Subaru in for an inspection, oil change & tire rotation. Was called & told rear brakes & rotors needed replaced. Over $700 later....my teenage son & daughter both reported the brakes seemed weird, they had to almost stand on them to get them to stop. Took the car back & they told my son there was a large air pocket in the brakeline, they repaired it. Very disappointed something like this was missed, putting my family in danger! Never received a phone call or anything. More

Routine service I had my tires rotated and oil and filter changes recently. My wife took my car for the service. I like Subaru technicians to perform all work, even routine things, on my Forester. The only complaint I have is that my drivers seat was soiled. I did get most of it off with upholstery cleaner.
