When looking for a new vehicle, my first stop is at the Southworth Chevrolet website. Recently, I saw a GMC Canyon AT4 was in transit and was what we were looking for. We purchased the AT4, because it was what we wanted. BUT also, because of the responsive service from Southworth Chevrolet and the staff. We were very happy dealing with Brian on a used Jeep. Our car had been recently been in a accident, but we didn't know what the ins was going to do. Has to be the worst dealership in Wisconsin. Very rude and aggressive management here. I don't see how they ever sell anything honestly. They lowball your trade compared to every other dealer and even the online car buying websites. $6000 LOW!! Then there's the lying. It's funny because they don't even lie well. They'll tell you some whoppers, be prepared. AND, then they'll call you first thing in the morning and get very aggressive with you, give you the 3rd degree and insinuate the worst on your behalf. Soooo done with them. There's a couple decent sales people there, Chad is one of them. It's the management that needs a complete overhaul. More
