We got the pleasure to work with Amanda when purchasing our new suv! She definitely helped out when I showed concern for wanting to get in and out of there as quick as possible with covid and all. We were on the road in no time. I'd say my only complaint is that I was knocked down on a couple flaws in my trade in.. no biggie, but when asked to negotiate with the flaws in the vehicle I purchased they wouldn't budge. The seat I needed fixed was a $3,000 repair. I really believe that this should have been taken care of ahead of time. But she insisted it was a recall and we could get it fixed at our local ford dealership because my husband pulled up something on a forum that was for something completely different... More
