I have been dealing with Southwest Kia since 2016. They seem to be better than all the many previous dealer ships that I have dealt with. I bought 2 Kias from them. Brock Bhatti was good service reps. 2 years ago they did keep my Kia for 6 weeks after 2 tow-ins. They had a problem diagnosing the problem.They gave me a loaner car. Their service reps are always courteous and helpful. I would give Southest Kia of Rockwall Texas 4 stars. More

I used to go to another dealer in Plano, but since my vehicle was undrivable ended up at Rockwall. It was closer and the service ended up being great. Was super easy to get my Kia Forte in for it's oil change. Was able to call and get it scheduled at midnight by the bot, and had it in the next morning. Technician who spoke with me was super knowledgeable and helped me ensure my Kia was in top notch shape! More
