I followed Gary from Honda. He is very friendly and helpful. Gary goes above and beyond just plain service whiches is why I have followed him from Honda. Gary goes out of his way to make sure his custo helpful. Gary goes above and beyond just plain service whiches is why I have followed him from Honda. Gary goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy. The most important thing to a customer besides good service is the cost. Gary has helped me get signed up for email and mail service coupons which has helped a lot in these times where everything is costly. Not a lot of service advisors would take time to walk a customers through that. Gray is very considerate of customers. Gary does not make me feel stupid about car repairs like a lot of service advisors do to women. If Gary ever leaves Kia, I will find out where he goes and follow him there. More

Our service rep is always ready to answer any questions we may have and also schedules out car's maintenance at a time that is basically convenient for us as well as their service department. I bought my 1st car Jan of 2010 and in May I had a wreck. I can't tell you how AWESOME Gary was!! He was SO nice and called me personally to stay updated on the process of my car being fixed. I have had several trips to the dealership for nails in my tires. Michael was very helpful each time. I am disappointed with a few of the things that have already broken on the mini van that we purchased new in 2007. The door handle broke, which Michael helped me get fixed promptly. We have also had the handle on the ceiling in the interior of the van pull out and the small mirror that pops out of the ceiling at the front of the car has a broken hinge. These are not things that have been used much and I was surprised that they have broken already. I have not asked to have them fixed because they are not vital to our use of the car, and I was not sure that they would be under warranty. More

Had them inspect, mechanically refurbish and detail a used 2004 Rio Cinco for my son. They seemed thorough and responsive. replaced some electronic components, full fluid flush and replace for all syst used 2004 Rio Cinco for my son. Had a bit of a delay with parts, but that's to be expected with a 6 year old car. Car was clean when I picked it up and it runs great. As good or better than any other dealer I have taken my vehicles to for service. More
