Outstanding Service I must say, I was highly impressed with the service we received from the service dept! Not only did they take care of my wife's car, but they took car I must say, I was highly impressed with the service we received from the service dept! Not only did they take care of my wife's car, but they took care of my mother's car, especially when she was in a real jam. They didn't hesitate to take care of us. The staff were very friendly and personable. Matter of fact, we live in McKinney, but drive down to Mesquite to receive the service here. Kia Huffines in McKinney is a joke, so it's worth the drive (and headaches) to Mesquite to get what we need done. As soon as we pull up, the staff here immediately approached us and had us checked in and gone. Downright awesome! Gary Wells the service advisor is very professional and very caring. I haven't had great customer service like this in a long time. It's a comfort to know Southwest Kia cares for their customers. It stinks to have something happen to your car, but makes it better when you know you're being taken care of. More

Amazing service department - expectations far exceeded I had the most incredible experience with Gary in the service group at Southwest Kia. We wanted to install the remote start feature on our Kia Sorento I had the most incredible experience with Gary in the service group at Southwest Kia. We wanted to install the remote start feature on our Kia Sorento, and was on the fence whether to do it at the dealer or at an aftermarket shop. I called Southwest's Kia Service to gather some info, and randomly got hooked up with Gary. Best luck ever! He was so courteous, professional, and knowledgable, that it was a no brainer to get the work done at Southwest Kia. He got us the part ASAP, had a loaner car ready for us when we dropped off the car, and even better, gave us a great price on the install. Really cannot say enough good things about this place. If you have a car service need for your Kia and live in the Dallas area, you will not regret going to Southwest Kia and having Gary help you out. More

Cruise control Occassionally cruise control would turn itself off when one of the lights would come on. Gary explained it was a safety factor. After some checking he discovered there was a recall on our 2011 Sorento so he immediately had it scheduled for repairs that same day. It had something to do with the gear shift. We are always pleased with the work done with our car when we take it in. Gary is always very professional and also very friendly and funny. He is a great guy.. Kia of Mesquite is our go to place for all our repairs especially since we live right across the highway. Kudos to Southwest Kia of Mesquite. More
