Diasappointed for the 1st time with This is the normal kia dealership i go to for service, but last week the services were horrible. Car sat in shop area over an hour after they were finished with it, never informed me had to keep asking, no loaner car available, did not put oil change sticker in window. Could not give answers. With appointment still takes too long Everyone was friendly. Appt was for 8:30 am. Arrived at 8:15 am. Awesome customer service and maintenance performed! Took my 2014 Kia Optima in for scheduled service and was greeted by David Newbauer. He immediately got the car into service. No sooner had I sat down Took my 2014 Kia Optima in for scheduled service and was greeted by David Newbauer. He immediately got the car into service. No sooner had I sat down in the nice visitors lounge, David came to notify me that there was recall for door sensors to be replaced and said it would take about 2-3 hours. I stated I had some errands to run and requested a loaner. Fortunately David was able to get me a loaner and off I went. I returned 3 hours later and my car was washed and ready. Best part was that I received a free year of scheduled maintenance and wasn't charged for this service or the recall work done. Great experience and customer service. So glad I purchased my optima here. More
