Faster Than Expected Time for my annual inspection. Showed up late on a Saturday morning, expecting a long line. Wasn't disappointed. After sitting down, I was pleasant Time for my annual inspection. Felt like home! Each time I need to bring my Kia Soul in for service it's like the red carpet effect as if I am their best customer. And Heather Stallangs is the best service writer out of all the others I've had and I hope she NEVER has a reason to leave. The reason I say it feels like home, cause growing up my dad owned his own full-service Gas stations and I was always playing around watching him work on cars and go out when a car pulled up and needed gas, raised their hoods to check the oil and then clean front/back windows. The BEST Customer Service in the industry!!! I have been in the business of taking care of people for over 20 years and from the moment I called to see about having my car repaired (which was und I have been in the business of taking care of people for over 20 years and from the moment I called to see about having my car repaired (which was under factory warranty still after 71,000 miles and did not cost me a dime) to the day I picked it up, I could not have asked for any better customer service. Heather Stallings was my service advisor and she kept me updated about the work being performed through multiple phone calls and emails throughout the entire process. She was very professional, efficient and courteous from the very start and made the whole process of having my car repaired so simple. She made us feel like part of her family. The overall customer service from everyone I encountered throughout the repair process was outstanding!!. Everyone was so friendly and really seemed to enjoy taking care of people. Heather even arranged for me to have a complimentary car to drive at no cost while mine was being repaired. If I ever need anything else from Southwest KIA, I am calling Heather first because I know she will go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of with whatever we need. KIA should be involved in customer service training seminars across the country to show other companies how it is done....RIGHT!! Thank you for keeping my family and I on the road!!! More

Greeted me and aware of my needs as soon as I arrived. Provided me updates of the progress as we relaxed in the clean, stocked (snack & beverage) waiting area. My wife and parents were very impressed with the overall experience, it was their first time to accompany me. Gary is the reason I continue to return for service and SW KIA extends the same courtesy, which is why I keep coming back and recommend them. More
Great customer service Gary greeted me as soon as I pulled into the bay. He already had my info and what needed to be done. When I came back and picked up car, he gave me a list of things that were done, and went over each one with me. Told me what needed to be done next time, so, I would be prepared for the next visit. I would and have told everyone I know to go there to get a car, that the service dept is very good. thank you so much More
