Promble solved. I had a problem where the engine light stay on. The service department ran a test, and was total I need a senor assy-oxy. This item was installed, I had a problem where the engine light stay on. The service department ran a test, and was total I need a senor assy-oxy. This item was installed, however , it did not correct my problem. I return back with the vehicle and it required additional testing. It was discover that the manifold catalyst was the problem. Mr. Mulholland worked with me correcting promble to my satisfaction. I want to thank all the personnel in involved. I will return back for any future repairs. More

Since my service advisor was off that day, it was difficult getting status updates. This doesn’t reflect on the quality of work. Prompt and courteous I needed an inspection and had to come late in the month, so expected to be there several hours. Much to my surprise, Craig responded to my question o I needed an inspection and had to come late in the month, so expected to be there several hours. Much to my surprise, Craig responded to my question of how long I might be there as about an hour. I'm pretty sure it wasn't a full hour when he came to get me. He was friendly, but very efficient. It's nice to know you can count on the people who work there to do you right. Craig sure did, though I don't ever remember any bad service. This is a place to do business! More
