Excellent Customer Service I came into the service department honestly a little shaken up and disappointed of how I had been recently treated at a dealership. I asked to speak to a manager because I was not confident I knew the right questions to ask the service department as I know nothing about vehicles- I was greeted with a smile by someone who genuinely cared about and was proud to give top quality customer service. Craig went above and beyond to assure I was being taken care of properly. He walked me through the entire process of what he was going to do and even went and picked up a part from somewhere himself so that I was not there waiting for it to be delivered. The service team was in and out updating me frequently so I knew what was going on. I was treated with the upmost respect and honesty and I highly recommend this dealership to everyone, More

All together, disorganized and unprofessional! Svc manager attempted to rectify and was professional but damage was done. Will never use this service department again, therefore will never buy another car from this location (I’ve bought two)! More
